Tel: 0800 046 1410 Mob: 07598 732777 Hastings Therapy "Bethany" 134, Fairlight Road Hastings East Sussex TN35 5EL Welcome ...and thank you for visiting my website I am an experienced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Psychotherapist and practice in Hastings.  I offer a safe, non judgemental and confidential therapeutic relationship in which you can explore personal or difficult issues that may be causing you frustration or distress. Anxieties and personal difficulties can be isolating and debilitating and it can be difficult to find someone to trust, who feels safe enough to help you in untangling difficult feelings, and who is not directly involved in your situation.  Someone that can help you think about unhelpful relationship patterns, or support recovery from trauma or loss and help you feel your way through any number of complex and difficult situations so you do not feel so alone in it all. Are you in emotional pain or in a difficult situation?  Suffering from a loss, bereavement, traumatic experience, or betrayal?  When an individual or a family experience difficulties, trauma or bereavement it can have a debilitating effect on our ability to support and relate to each other.  At times like this, you can feel very alone, and having the right support can sometimes make the difference to you feeling you can 'get through' your experience.  Research supports the view that the way people manage through a major difficulty or trauma can often be dependent on the support that they have.  A confidential and insightful Counselling relationship where you feel safe to talk and explore your feelings and your situation, can make a difference for you, and perhaps your family. Alternatively, perhaps you just feel you need some space for you... to re-evaluate and explore who you are, where you are going and how you are coping, and step aside from the demands of others, or the stress of life.  A space to reflect and feel supported in transitions of change, or perhaps to build confidence …where you can talk about issues which may be stopping you from getting the most out of your life.
